Our support team reviews disputed bookings within 24 hours. We may refund the customer or release funds to the provider based on evidence from both parties.
Can I cancel a booking?โ–พ
Customers can cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled date for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a small fee to compensate the provider.
How fast will I get a quote?โ–พ
Most jobs receive 2โ€“5 quotes within 24 hours. Popular services like cleaning and lawn care are often matched within 2โ€“4 hours.
