How are providers verified?▾
All providers go through an application review. We check their profile, experience, and references. Background checks are available as an optional add-on.
How does payment work?▾
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The customer pays when accepting a quote, and the provider receives 92% of the agreed amount once the job is marked complete.
What happens if there's a dispute?▾
Our support team reviews disputed bookings within 24 hours. We may refund the customer or release funds to the provider based on evidence from both parties.
Can I cancel a booking?▾
Customers can cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled date for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a small fee to compensate the provider.
How fast will I get a quote?▾
Most jobs receive 2–5 quotes within 24 hours. Popular services like cleaning and lawn care are often matched within 2–4 hours.
